These Terms govern the YouTube Shield extension, website and related services.
YouTube Shield is an independent browser extension for customizing YouTube, limiting distractions and viewing usage statistics. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by YouTube or Google.
The available plans are Monthly ($3.99 per month), Quarterly ($10.17 every three months) and Yearly ($35.88 per year). A seven-day free trial may be offered. The price, trial and renewal terms displayed before a purchase control that purchase.
Where checkout is offered, Paddle processes payments and recurring billing as Merchant of Record. A recurring subscription renews until cancelled. Cancellation prevents later renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Promotional, creator and giveaway codes may have limits on use or duration and have no cash value. Discount codes reduce an eligible purchase price and cannot be exchanged for money.
Do not attack, disrupt or fraudulently bypass the service's subscription, redemption or security systems.
Changes to YouTube, Chrome or other third-party services may affect extension features. We may update YouTube Shield to maintain compatibility and improve the service.
These Terms do not limit consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy, Paddle's applicable terms and mandatory consumer law.
